Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our services (custom coding, AI training, and server deployment), most payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This ensures we can cover the cost of specialized engineering hours dedicated to your project.
2. Development & Consulting Services
- Initial Deposit: Any upfront deposit required to secure a project slot is non-refundable.
- Work in Progress: If a project is canceled by the client after development has started, the client will be billed for the hours worked, and any remaining balance from the deposit will be retained by the company to cover labor costs.
- Final Deliverables: Once a software project, AI chatbot, or server infrastructure is deployed and handed over to the client, no refunds will be issued.
3. AI Chatbots & Automation
- Training Data: We are not responsible for bot performance issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client. No refunds will be issued for "dissatisfaction" if the bot follows the logic and data it was trained on.
- Third-Party Fees: We do not provide refunds for costs paid to third-party services (e.g., OpenAI API fees, AWS server costs, Pinecone subscriptions). These are the client's direct responsibility.
4. Maintenance & Support Period
- We offer a 30-day maintenance period for all custom software and AI setups. During this time, we will fix any technical bugs or logic errors at no additional cost.
- A refund will not be granted for technical issues that can be resolved during this 30-day support window.
5. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact our support team to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of all services, including AI bots, API integrations, and server hosting.
6. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to provide necessary data or feedback within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 14 days). In such cases, no refund will be provided for the work already completed.
