Technical Infrastructure: We act as a Data Processor. We build, configure, and maintain the digital environments for our clients.
Data Ownership: Our clients are the Data Controllers. Any user data, financial records, or customer inquiries collected through the apps or bots we build belong solely to the client.
No Independent Usage: We do not sell, share, or use any data processed through our clients' systems for our own marketing or analytical purposes.

To fulfill our IT and development obligations, we may have temporary access to:

Developer Credentials: API keys, cloud provider logins (AWS), and database access.
Business Assets: Source code, documentation, and data files (PDFs/spreadsheets) provided for AI training.
Technical Logs: Server logs and performance data during the maintenance and optimization phases.

Secure Architecture: We use enterprise-grade frameworks (like NestJS) and secure deployment methods to ensure your data remains protected.
Handover Protocols: Once a project is completed and the maintenance period ends, we provide all credentials and access back to the client and do not retain independent copies of sensitive business data.
Third-Party Providers: For services involving OpenAI, Stripe, or AWS, data handling is also subject to the privacy policies of those respective providers.

All proprietary information and business strategies discussed during our engagement, is kept strictly confidential.
